Ring-spun cotton yarns, retaining their natural cotton seeds, are bound into ropes and repeatedly immersed in indigo dye over 144 hours through a seven-dip, seven-press process, resulting in a deep, lapis-like hue. Expertly tailored with three-dimensional curved cuts and arc-shaped seams, the rear yoke is angled 15° to follow the natural rise from waist to hips. This meticulous process honors traditional craftsmanship while promoting sustainable material use.
