Refund policy
RETURN
Please note that all final sale items and archived items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to make a return by following these steps:
| 1. Log in and submit a return request | Log into your Account, select the order you wish to return, and proceed with the return process. |
| 2. Print return label | Once approved (typically within 3-5 bus days)*, we’ll send you a prepaid return label* and instructions for scheduling a pickup or locating a drop-off point. |
| 3. Package the item(s) | Please make sure the item(s) you wish to return is in its original condition*, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to approve your return and issue a refund. |
*Please note that reply and processing times do not include weekends and national holidays. Orders are processed in the order they are received, so please avoid sending duplicate emails to ensure your request is handled properly. Kindly include “Cancellation” or “Return” in the email subject line.
*There is an estimated fee of 28–60 USD for every return and a 5% non-refundable payment processing fee charged by the payment platform that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If there is an issue with the item due to our error, we will cover any return or exchange fees.
*We kindly ask that all items are returned clean, unused, unwashed, undamaged and have their original tags on. When trying on footwear, please do so on a soft, carpeted surface so that the soles are not damaged and return them in their original shoe box. Please note that if the clothes are stained/damaged/dyed/altered and do not have tags, we will not be able to process returns and refunds.
CUSTOMS AND DECLARATION
When returning items internationally, please ensure that the number of products you ship back exactly matches the quantity specified in your return request. Incorrect declarations (e.g., returning more or fewer items than approved) may lead to customs delays, inspections, or additional fees.)
Any customs charges, taxes, or penalties resulting from a mismatch between your declared return and the actual shipment will be the customer’s responsibility. For a smooth process, double-check your return package before shipping.
EXCHANGE
We do not typically offer direct exchanges. We kindly recommend returning the item(s) and placing a new order at your earliest convenience. Please email us at support@insisfashion.com after placing your second order, and we will assist with waiving the handling fee deducted from your original return.
FINAL SALE
Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange or refund without exception and item is sold as is.
Items purchased as "SALE" at a discount of 50% off or more, is final sale and may not be returned.
CANCELLATION
Please note that all final sale and archived items are not eligible for cancellation.
Our orders are automatically transmitted to our warehouse for processing, and therefore we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated once an order is placed. If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@insisfashion.com , and we will do our best to request a cancellation on your behalf before shipment.
If a cancellation is successfully approved prior to dispatch, a full refund of the item value and original shipping cost will be issued. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your request. Once approved, refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, though your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the transaction on your statement.
REFUND
Once returned item(s) are received and have passed our quality inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is approved. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement.
If the returned item(s) do not meet our return conditions or fail to pass the quality inspection, we reserve the right to decline the refund and retain the returned item(s).
Please note: original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. By placing an order, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy available on this website.
