Please note that items that were purchased on our final sale category, are not eligible for return. Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to make a return.

Our delivery service does not cover post office boxes or military mailing addresses (APO, FPO). If the country of destination cannot be found in the checkout process, contact our customer service team at support@insisfashion.com to check the fee.

SHIPPING PROCESSING

Once your order is placed a standard processing time of 1–3 business days is required before the order is shipped out.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00 AM (EST).

DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are included in prices for the majority of countries. For certain U.S. states, taxes may be calculated separately on the checkout page.

If a customer declines to accept a parcel due to any additional import duties or taxes, the customer will assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges.

DELIVERY FAILURE

If delivery to your address is unsuccessful, the local courier may attempt to leave the parcel in a safe location at or near your delivery address. If you do not receive the parcel, please check with nearby collection points or contact us so we can assist in requesting a parcel trace or investigation with the carrier.

If a parcel cannot be successfully delivered due to reasons not attributable to us (including but not limited to incorrect address details, failure to collect from a pickup point, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts), and remains undelivered after a reasonable holding period, the parcel will be deemed abandoned. In such cases, we will consider the order forfeited by the recipient. Please note that we will not be responsible for reshipment, nor will we refund outbound shipping costs or order-related fees incurred for the original delivery.

We strongly recommend monitoring tracking updates closely and contacting the local courier promptly to avoid delivery issues.

DELIVERY DELAY

Delivery delays that occur during holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control are not considered a service issue.
Please note that November–December are recognized as peak holiday shipping periods, and January–February may coincide with extended holiday closures in China, which can result in longer processing or transit times.
In such cases, return requests will still be handled in accordance with our standard return policy.
