INSIS MATERIALS  |  WOOL

Our wool is certified by the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, ensuring animal welfare and textile safety. The wool comes from responsibly farmed sheep and is fine, soft, and combines comfort with functional performance.  It has excellent breathability and moisture-wicking properties, self-regulating according to body temperature - keeping you warm without overheating. Its elasticity keeps clothes looking neat and less prone to wrinkling. As a biodegradable and renewable resource, it offers quality and touch while embodying sustainable principles.

INSIS MATERIALS  |  LINEN

Flax and ramie, among other bast plants, have been renowned for their low consumption and high efficiency since ancient times. We use pure natural French flax as raw material and follow the traditional retting process: soaking in sunlight, rain and morning dew for about 6-7 weeks, without the need for irrigation systems or pesticides and fertilizers, thus preserving the natural state to the greatest extent.  The hollow fiber cavities give it excellent moisture absorption and sweat-wicking performance, making it dry, light and breathable to wear. Compared with cotton, the fiber strength of flax is 2-3 times higher, making it more wear-resistant and less prone to deformation. As it is used more and more, the texture becomes softer and closer to the skin, while still retaining its natural bone structure and stiffness.

INSIS MATERIALS  |  HEMP

Hemp grows rapidly with minimal water and no reliance on synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, thriving even in marginal soils. With low input intensity and high output efficiency, it is widely regarded as the “king of natural fibers.”Hemp fibers deliver strong tensile performance and resilience. Yarns spun from hemp are abrasion-resistant, hold their shape, and offer a longer service life than conventional yarns. With a naturally smooth surface, hemp fabrics reduce friction against the skin for a comfortable hand. They are skin-friendly, less likely to trigger irritation, and can screen out more than 95% of UV radiation.Biodegradable, durable, and resource-light, hemp offers a straightforward answer to the market’s demand for sustainable living.

INSIS MATERIALS  |  SILK

Silk from silkworm cocoons is a natural animal protein fiber. Its surface is smooth, and the texture is soft. It has a subtle luster and a delicate touch. Due to its long filament structure, silk fabrics have almost no friction when in contact with the skin, as if they are a second layer of skin. Silk has excellent breathability and temperature regulation capabilities. It is approximately 1.5 times that of pure cotton and 1.8 times that of wool. It is cool in summer and warm in winter, suitable for all seasons. We choose high-purity silk from silkworms because it has a traceable origin and a lower environmental load. Compared to alternative fibers that require extensive chemical treatment, it is more natural and pure.

INSIS MATERIALS  |  ORGANIC COTTON

Through the Organic Content Standard (OCS) certification, our organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and genetically modified seeds, ensuring the authenticity and traceability of the organic components. Compared to traditional cotton, the cultivation process of organic cotton reduces water usage by 25%-50%, which is beneficial for soil health and ecological diversity, and respects the natural environment and community development. The organic cotton fibers have a soft and breathable texture, gently caring for sensitive skin, and is an ideal choice for close-fitting wear. The pure origin not only brings a wearing experience, but also represents a more conscious sustainable future.
